Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your UtilityCore identity and access to utility workspaces. Sign in to submit a verified request, or contact support if you cannot access your account.

What this affects

The request covers your sign-in identity and linked Commercial and Operations access. It does not automatically remove utility-company records or financial transactions.

Business and financial records may need to be retained under applicable legal and accounting obligations. We will review linked records and tell you if they delay completion.
